Choosing your essentials

7 answers
Question01

What does hygivaro focus on?

hygivaro is a personal hygiene brand focused on everyday care. The description of each item explains what it is intended to do. Do not assume that every item has the same materials, ingredients, size or use instructions simply because it belongs to the same category.

Question02

How do I decide whether an item suits me?

Read its intended use, dimensions or quantity, materials or ingredients, warnings and directions. If a detail relevant to your choice is unclear, ask before buying. Our support team can explain product information but cannot diagnose a skin concern or provide personalised medical advice.

Question03

Are all items fragrance-free, hypoallergenic or antibacterial?

Those are product-specific claims. Only rely on a feature when it is expressly stated for that item. We do not make a blanket medical, environmental or sensitivity claim for every product in the store.

Question04

Does the photograph show everything included?

Check the selected item’s written quantity and included-parts description. A photograph may show styling props or several options together, while the selected listing defines what is sold. If an accessory or container matters to your decision and inclusion is unclear, ask us before payment. We will consider the description actually presented to you if the goods received do not match it.

Question05

How should I compare two similar options?

Compare the exact size, count, materials or ingredients, intended use and care instructions for each selected item. Similar names or colours do not establish that the products are interchangeable. If one specific feature matters, name that feature in your question. Customer support can explain available product information without assuming that one option is automatically suitable for every person.

Question06

Can I rely on a feature from a previous order?

Read the current listing before making another purchase. Packaging, options or product information may change over time, and your earlier selection does not establish every detail of a later one. Keep the record of the previous order if you want to ask about a difference. A material mismatch with the description for the order you actually placed is considered separately.

Question07

Can customer support advise on a medical condition?

We can explain product information and shopping procedures, but an individual medical concern needs appropriate professional advice. You do not need to send a diagnosis or intimate image to ask about a label or order. If a product causes discomfort or appears unsafe, stop using it and seek suitable assistance rather than continuing use to document a support claim.

Using and storing a product

7 answers
Question08

What should I check before first use?

Read the label, inspect the packaging and check any hygiene or tamper seal. Do not use an item with an unexplained broken seal, unusual condition or visible damage. Contact us with the item name and order number so the issue can be reviewed.

Question09

What if a product causes discomfort?

Stop using it and seek appropriate professional advice if needed. Keep the packaging and relevant product information if available. You can report the issue to customer support without providing intimate images or a detailed medical history.

Question10

Can I wash, reuse or flush the item?

Follow the instructions for the exact product. An item should not be treated as reusable, washable or suitable for flushing unless its instructions expressly say so. Dispose of used items and packaging according to the product guidance and local waste rules.

Question11

Is opening the delivery carton the same as unsealing a product?

Not necessarily. The outer parcel protects the shipment, while an individual hygiene seal may protect the item. You can usually identify the contents without using the product. For a change-of-mind return, keep original hygiene seals intact. Whether a legal hygiene exception applies depends on the actual item, seal and law; faults and incorrect goods have separate remedies.

Question12

What should I do if the seal already looks broken?

Set the item aside before use and contact us with the product name, order number and a description of the condition. A photograph of the packaging can help where practical, but do not send intimate images. Keep the relevant label or batch detail if available. We will review what arrived rather than assume you opened the seal yourself.

Question13

Do all items have the same storage instructions?

No. Follow the directions for the exact product, including any temperature, moisture or opening guidance that is provided. Do not infer a storage period or reuse method from another item in the same category. If the label is unreadable or a necessary instruction is unclear, ask us about the product before using it in a way that may be unsuitable.

Question14

What if I no longer have all the packaging?

You can still report a genuine product or delivery problem. Explain what was received and what evidence remains, such as the item label, order record or available photograph. Original packaging and seals matter for an ordinary voluntary return, but missing outer packaging does not automatically remove every statutory remedy. We will assess the actual reason for the request.

Ordering and payment

7 answers
Question15

Which payment methods can I use?

The available methods appear at checkout for your order. They may vary by destination, currency or provider. Review the total, delivery charge and currency before you pay; your bank may separately apply conversion or international transaction charges.

Question16

Why is my payment pending?

A pending entry can be an authorisation rather than a completed charge. Banks control how long a hold remains. Check for an order confirmation before repeating payment. If you need help, send the date, amount and a masked reference, never a full card number or security code.

Question17

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us promptly with the order number and requested change. We will check whether fulfilment can still be stopped or edited. Once goods have been dispatched, the relevant return or withdrawal process may apply instead. Mandatory cancellation rights remain available.

Question18

Will a one-time purchase create recurring charges?

A normal one-time order authorises the amount disclosed for that purchase. It does not itself authorise a subscription or automatic replenishment. Any separately offered recurring arrangement would require clear terms and the relevant agreement. If a payment appears unrelated to the order you intended, contact your provider through its official channel and tell us the masked transaction details.

Question19

What should I check if the payment page seems stuck?

Before submitting again, check whether an order acknowledgement arrived and whether the bank entry is pending or completed. Repeated attempts can create extra holds or orders. Do not send a password or verification code to support. Share the date, amount and order reference if available, and we can compare those details with the store record.

Question20

Can I buy for another delivery recipient?

You may nominate another recipient where the offered service permits it. Provide accurate delivery details and make sure you may lawfully share the recipient’s information. We may need the purchaser’s authorisation before discussing private payment or account records with someone else. A refund normally returns to the original payment route, even when the goods were bought as a gift.

Question21

What happens if part of an order is unavailable?

We will identify the affected item and explain the available option, including cancellation or refund where appropriate. A materially different substitute requires your agreement. If you agree to wait, the outstanding item remains an obligation rather than being treated as delivered. We will not use a split shipment as permission to add an undisclosed shipping charge.

Delivery and tracking

7 answers
Question22

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Available destinations, options and charges are shown for the order at checkout. We do not promise a universal delivery area or free shipping unless the specific offer says so. Check the destination and postal code carefully before submitting payment.

Question23

Why has my tracking not changed?

A label can be created before the carrier collects the parcel, and scans may only appear at processing locations. Check the latest carrier record and your dispatch information. If the delivery is outside the expected timing, contact us so we can investigate.

Question24

My parcel says delivered, but I cannot find it. What now?

Check any agreed reception point, collection notice or household recipient if practical, then tell us the order number and what happened. We will review the delivery evidence and carrier information. A tracking scan does not automatically remove a valid non-delivery claim.

Question25

What is the difference between processing and transit?

Processing covers preparing the order before physical carrier handover. Transit covers movement through the delivery network. Read whether the estimate for your selected option describes one stage or the combined journey. Service hours do not mean every carrier operates daily. The commitment actually made for the order and applicable legal requirements govern how a delay is handled.

Question26

Why did only one part of my order arrive?

Check the dispatch notice and compare the parcel with the items listed there. Another parcel may have its own reference, but an unexplained missing item should still be reported. Tell us the product and quantity received and keep packaging where practical. We will check whether fulfilment was split or incomplete and explain the appropriate next step.

Question27

Should I pay a delivery fee requested in an unexpected message?

Verify the request through the carrier’s official contact route before paying or providing personal information. Some legitimate import or delivery processes can involve charges, but an unsolicited message is not proof of a genuine debt. Never provide a bank password or one-time code. You can tell us the tracking reference and ask which shipment information is available.

Question28

What should I do after an unsuccessful delivery attempt?

Read the official carrier notice for collection or redelivery options and deadlines. If you cannot use the offered option, contact us promptly so alternatives can be checked. A parcel may later return to sender. We review the actual cause before explaining any cost or refund and do not automatically assume that every unsuccessful attempt was the recipient’s fault.

Returns and product problems

7 answers
Question29

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Our voluntary policy allows a request within 30 calendar days of delivery for unused, complete items in their original packaging with hygiene seals intact. Contact us for the correct return destination. Direct return shipping is normally your responsibility for a voluntary return.

Question30

Can opened hygiene products be returned?

Qualifying hygiene-sealed goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns after unsealing where law allows. Opening the shipping carton alone is not automatically the same as unsealing the product. Defects, wrong items and mandatory legal remedies are considered separately.

Question31

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Set the item aside and contact us with your order number, a description and a photograph if useful and reasonably available. Keep packaging where practical. We will explain the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable required return costs for a valid seller-fault claim.

Question32

How do I record a timely return request?

Send a clear message identifying the order and item and saying that you want to return it. Keep the sent message. Under our voluntary policy, make the request within 30 calendar days of delivery; a later support reply does not itself make a timely request late. Statutory withdrawal requirements and deadlines take priority wherever they provide an applicable mandatory right.

Question33

Do I have to return every item from an order?

Identify the particular eligible items you want to return. If goods were sold as a complete set, describe the set before separating components. A partial-return refund reflects the amount properly attributable to the returned goods, including applicable discounts and delivery rules. We will explain the calculation and will not add an undisclosed penalty merely because only part is returned.

Question34

Can a discounted product still be faulty?

A discount does not remove mandatory protections against undisclosed faults or misdescription. A specific defect validly disclosed before purchase may affect a claim about that issue, but it does not excuse a different problem. Describe the actual concern and order details. A general sale label does not turn every product into a purchase without legal remedies.

Question35

What if a return is delayed in the carrier network?

Keep proof of sending and tell us the reference and date. We will review the return arrangement and available evidence, including any legal rule permitting a refund to await receipt or evidence of dispatch. A delay does not lead to the same outcome in every situation. Ask before choosing unusual or premium shipping if you expect the cost to be reimbursed.

Refunds, privacy and support

7 answers
Question36

When will an approved refund appear?

We aim to review and issue an approved returned-item refund within seven business days of receipt, or sooner where law requires. Your payment provider can need additional time to display the credit. Refunds normally return to the original payment method.

Question37

Can I ask about my personal information?

Yes. Email us to ask about the information associated with your order or to exercise a privacy right available under applicable law. We may need a proportionate identity check. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary identification documents.

Question38

How do I contact hygivaro?

Email service@hygivaro.com or call +86 157-9496-2004. Customer service hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Daily. Include the product name or order reference and a concise description. For full details, read the relevant policy page; these answers do not reduce your statutory rights.

Question39

What details should I leave out of a support message?

Leave out full payment numbers, security codes, passwords, one-time verification codes, unrelated identity documents and intimate images. An order number and factual description are the usual starting point. Redact unrelated information from screenshots. If more information is genuinely needed, we will explain a proportionate next step rather than ask you to disclose broad access to a device or financial account.

Question40

Can a family member ask about my order?

Someone can ask a general product question without accessing your records. For private order or payment details, we may need your authorisation or another lawful basis before disclosure. A shared address or surname does not automatically provide permission. If you want someone to act for you, explain the arrangement and we will describe any reasonable verification needed.

Question41

Does opting out of marketing stop order updates?

Not necessarily. Necessary service messages about payment, delivery or a return serve the existing transaction and can have a different legal basis from promotional messages. Optional marketing choices are handled under applicable requirements. If a message seems inconsistent with a choice you made, contact us with the relevant detail so the purpose and preference record can be reviewed.

Question42

How can I ask for a decision to be explained?

Reply in the existing support conversation, quote the order reference and state which part of the answer remains unclear. You can ask how a refund was calculated or what evidence informed a delivery or return decision. Provide relevant additional facts and the outcome you seek. Doing so does not remove an available consumer, privacy or payment-provider complaint route.
