Terms and Conditions

Clear terms for choosing, ordering and receiving your personal hygiene essentials. Please read these conditions alongside the information shown for your product and order.

The product description, checkout total and terms presented when you buy form the basis of your order. Later changes do not rewrite an accepted purchase.
01 / Before paymentCheck the selected item, quantity, address, currency and full order total.
02 / After acceptanceKeep the acknowledgement, dispatch information and any agreed order changes together.
03 / If something needs attentionContact support with the order reference and the outcome you are requesting.

The purchase agreement

10 topics
Orders & purchases02

Eligibility and information you provide

You must be legally able to make the purchase or act with valid authorisation. Use your own payment method or one that you are permitted to use. Provide a working email address, correct delivery information and any contact details reasonably needed to complete delivery.

You are responsible for checking the product, quantity, delivery address and order total before submission. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly. We will help where fulfilment has not progressed too far; the ability to edit or cancel depends on the order’s actual status and your statutory rights.

Orders & purchases03

Product selection and availability

Products are offered subject to availability and the destination options presented for your order. Read each item’s intended use, quantity, dimensions, materials or ingredients and packaging details as applicable. Do not assume one product has a feature merely because another item in the same category has it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer the appropriate cancellation or refund for the affected item, or another option only if you agree. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent. Any separately disclosed preorder terms must be provided before purchase.

Orders & purchases04

Prices, currency and additional charges

The currency and product prices displayed at checkout govern the transaction. Delivery costs, discounts and taxes collected by the store are shown before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border fees independently of our store.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may be collected by the destination authorities or carrier where they are not included in the order total and where legally payable by you. Any charges we are required to disclose before purchase must be disclosed. We do not add undisclosed store fees after payment.

Orders & purchases05

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

An automated acknowledgement confirms that an order was received; it is not by itself a promise that unavailable or incorrectly described goods can be supplied. We accept an order when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, subject to any earlier contract formation required by applicable law.

If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any amount already taken for the unaccepted goods. We may make reasonable checks for suspected fraud, payment problems or unlawful transactions. An obvious pricing error will be raised with you rather than used to silently charge a higher amount.

Orders & purchases06

Payment and payment enquiries

Available payment methods are the methods displayed for your order at checkout. A payment may require approval or further authentication from your provider. An authorisation can temporarily reserve funds even when a transaction does not complete; release timing is controlled by the provider.

If payment appears to fail, check whether an order confirmation or settled charge exists before trying again. Contact us with the order reference, date and amount if you suspect a duplicate payment. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or one-time verification code to customer service.

Orders & purchases07

Delivery and problems in transit

Delivery availability, charges and estimates are disclosed for the selected destination. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, tracking and delivery issues. Delivery estimates must be read together with any express delivery commitment made for your order.

We remain responsible for the goods until responsibility legally transfers to you. Where consumer law makes the seller responsible until physical delivery, a carrier handover alone does not transfer that responsibility. If we cannot meet a shipping commitment, we will communicate the delay and offer the choices required by law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Orders & purchases08

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an unshipped order. Once dispatched, the return process may apply instead. Our voluntary change-of-mind return policy allows a request within 30 days after delivery for unused goods with original hygiene seals intact, subject to the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. A hygiene exclusion does not remove legal remedies for a defective product. Where a statutory withdrawal or guarantee right provides greater protection, that right applies. We do not require store credit in place of a refund you are legally entitled to receive.

Orders & purchases09

Product use and limits of responsibility

Use each item only for its described purpose and follow its label, storage instructions and warnings. Personal hygiene products are not a substitute for medical care. Do not assume that an item is sterile, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, biodegradable or suitable for a particular medical purpose unless that specific claim is expressly supported for that item.

Any lawful limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted in your circumstances. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any liability that law prohibits us from excluding. No general disclaimer reduces a mandatory guarantee, refund right or other consumer protection.

Orders & purchases10

Resolving concerns and future changes

Please send transaction concerns to service@hygivaro.com, including the order number, an explanation and the outcome you are requesting. We will review the information and explain the next steps. You may also use any complaint, payment dispute or legal remedy available to you under applicable law.

These conditions may be updated for future orders. The conditions disclosed when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is agreed or legally required. If part of these conditions is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent lawful. Nothing imposes mandatory arbitration or removes access to a competent consumer authority or court.

The seller and the scope of these conditions

Your seller is Wuhan Jixin Consulting Co., Ltd., operating the hygivaro brand. These conditions govern purchases made from our store. They cover order formation, prices, payment, fulfilment, cancellation and remedies. Website browsing is covered separately by our Terms of Use.

By submitting an order, you request to purchase the listed goods on the terms disclosed at checkout. Please keep your order confirmation and a copy of the relevant product details. If a promotion includes additional conditions, those conditions apply only as disclosed before purchase and cannot override mandatory law.

Detailed transaction situations

In detail11

Your pre-purchase checklist

Check the actual item name, selected option, unit quantity and total number of packs. Similar photographs can represent different sizes or counts, and a multipack description should be read carefully. Review the intended use and any materials or ingredient details relevant to you. A purchasing decision should be based on the selected item, not on assumptions drawn from another product in the range.

Before payment, check the delivery destination, email address, currency, shipping method and total. If a necessary detail is missing or inconsistent, ask before ordering. We will consider the information presented to you when resolving a concern about the description or agreed purchase terms.

In detail12

Single purchases and future orders

A normal one-time purchase authorises payment for the order you submit. It does not by itself authorise a subscription, automatic replenishment or recurring charge. Any recurring arrangement would need its own clear terms, price, frequency and legally required consent before it begins; it cannot be inferred merely from buying a personal care item more than once.

For a later separate order, review the then-current price and product information. A previous purchase does not reserve a future price, stock quantity or delivery option unless we expressly agree otherwise. Any agreed ongoing entitlement or legally protected right remains governed by its own applicable terms.

In detail13

Discounts, bundles and offer conditions

A discount applies to the items and period identified in the offer. A minimum spend, eligible product list, usage limit or combination restriction applies only when disclosed before purchase. If an offer does not appear correctly in the order total, contact us before paying so the issue can be explained rather than assuming a later adjustment.

Where several products are sold as a bundle, the confirmation should identify the purchase and its total price. If part of an eligible bundle is returned, the refund reflects the amount properly attributable to the returned goods and any lawful disclosed offer conditions. A calculation must not impose an undisclosed penalty or override a mandatory remedy.

In detail14

Partial availability and your choices

If only part of an order is available, we will identify the affected items and explain the proposed next step. Sending available items separately can be useful, but it does not authorise us to replace a missing item with a different one or add a new delivery charge without agreement. You may have cancellation rights for the affected transaction under applicable law.

Where you agree to wait for an unavailable item, we will explain the available timing information rather than treat the order as completed. If the delay changes materially, further communication and any required cancellation or refund option will apply. An outstanding item remains an outstanding seller obligation.

In detail15

Product changes and substitutions

Packaging can be updated over time, but a change that affects quantity, materials, ingredients, performance or a feature important to the purchase may be material. We will not rely on a general packaging statement to justify supplying goods that fail to match the agreed description. The information relevant to the order remains important evidence.

A proposed alternative product requires your agreement if it differs materially from the selected item. You can ask what has changed before deciding. If you decline a proposed substitute and the original goods cannot be supplied, the appropriate cancellation and refund process applies instead of an automatic store-credit replacement.

In detail16

Buying for another recipient

You may nominate another delivery recipient where the available service permits it. Make sure their name, address and contact information can lawfully be used for the delivery. The purchaser remains responsible for the order instructions they provide, subject to applicable law, while the recipient’s privacy and any relevant delivery rights are also respected.

If the recipient contacts us, we may need authorisation before discussing the purchaser’s payment or unrelated account details. A gift recipient can describe a product concern without receiving access to the purchaser’s full records. Any refund is normally directed to the original payment route unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.

In detail17

Receiving goods and checking the order

After delivery, compare the contents with the order and inspect the relevant packaging before use. Keep the shipping material where it reasonably helps explain damage or missing contents. Reporting an issue promptly helps investigation, but a failure to identify a hidden defect immediately does not automatically remove a statutory guarantee or other protected claim.

For personal hygiene items, do not continue using goods that appear contaminated, damaged or otherwise unsafe. Provide a clear description and available product identification. We will assess the appropriate remedy based on the actual issue; an opened seal alone does not defeat a claim that the product was faulty when supplied.

In detail18

Evidence and proportionate cooperation

A complaint may reasonably require an order reference, identification of the affected item and a description of what happened. A photograph can help where the issue is visible, but not every problem can be photographed. We will consider other relevant information and will not require intimate images or an unnecessary medical history to process an ordinary product claim.

Please keep communications factual and tell us the remedy you are seeking. We may need to check fulfilment, payment or carrier records, and we will explain any further information that is reasonably necessary. Cooperation with an enquiry does not require you to waive a valid legal claim or accept a remedy that law does not permit us to impose.

In detail19

Refund calculations and payment differences

A refund takes account of the amount paid for the affected goods, applicable discounts and delivery charges that must be returned. A full cancellation and a partial return can produce different calculations. We will explain a disputed calculation so that you can see how the relevant items and charges have been treated.

Where your bank converted the original payment into another currency, the bank’s later conversion can produce a different local-currency figure. This does not authorise us to retain an amount that should be refunded in the transaction currency. Keep the payment reference and ask us to review any mismatch involving the amount we actually issued.

In detail20

Unforeseen events and communication

Weather disruption, transport interruptions or other events beyond reasonable control can affect fulfilment. Such an event does not automatically end the contract, transfer all risk to the customer or remove a refund right. We will communicate the effect on the order and explain a revised plan or cancellation option where appropriate.

Any legal rule governing delay, non-performance or cancellation continues to apply. If an essential delivery date was agreed or the goods cannot be supplied, the remedies may differ from those for a minor delay. We will assess the actual commitment and circumstances rather than rely on a general statement about external events.

In detail21

Keeping an understandable transaction record

Retain the order acknowledgement, any later acceptance or dispatch notice, and messages about agreed changes. If a change is discussed by phone, you can ask for the important detail to be recorded in writing. A clear record helps both sides understand which items, price, address and remedy were agreed.

If your email address changes while an order or complaint is open, contact us through an appropriate verification process so important information reaches you. We will not publish your order details to resolve a private dispute. This recordkeeping guidance supports clarity and does not impose a new evidential condition that would unlawfully restrict your consumer rights.
