Terms of Use
A considered space for everyday personal hygiene. These terms explain how to use the hygivaro website, read our content and communicate with us responsibly.
Website essentials
9 topicsUsing the website responsibly
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping, researching personal hygiene products and communicating about our products or your orders. You must be legally able to enter a transaction, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Please provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to use, or use the website to harass, threaten, discriminate against or defraud another person. Keep account credentials private if you use an account.
Product information and everyday care
Read the description, materials or ingredients, intended use, warnings and directions for the specific item before purchasing or using it. Different personal hygiene products can have different uses and care requirements. A general statement on the website does not replace the instructions supplied with an individual product.
Website content is for general product and shopping information. It is not an individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. We do not promise that every product suits every skin type or personal circumstance. If a product causes discomfort, stop using it and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
Content, appearance and accuracy
We aim to describe products clearly. On-screen colours and packaging appearance may vary with display settings or product updates. Such variations do not remove your rights when the goods delivered differ materially from the description under which they were sold.
Information may contain occasional typographical or technical errors. We may correct errors and update content. A later website edit does not, by itself, change an existing order or retrospectively remove a right you already have. If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available choices.
Our materials and your permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, the website text, layout, brand presentation, graphics and other original materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may read and save reasonable extracts for personal reference or to keep a record of your transaction.
Please obtain permission before copying substantial website materials for commercial use, republishing product descriptions as your own, or using the hygivaro name in a way that suggests an unauthorised relationship. These terms do not limit exceptions or rights granted to you by intellectual property law.
Messages, reviews and other submissions
If you send a review, question or image, make sure it reflects your own experience and that you have the right to share it. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords, private information about others or unnecessary intimate images. We may use support messages to respond to and document the issue.
Public reviews, where available, must be relevant and lawful. We may decline or remove content that contains spam, abuse, unlawful material or personal data that should not be public. Sending a private support message does not give us unrestricted permission to publish that message as marketing.
Security and service availability
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, access another customer’s information, or use automated activity that disrupts the website. Ordinary search engine indexing and other activity permitted by applicable law are not prohibited merely because they are automated.
Maintenance, network problems and third-party service interruptions may affect access. We take reasonable steps to address problems, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service. Such a restriction does not cancel our obligations for an order already accepted.
Third-party services and responsibility
Some shopping functions may be provided by independent payment, hosting or delivery services. Their own terms can apply to the functions they operate. We remain responsible for our own obligations to you and do not treat a third-party service as a blanket exemption from those obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or any other protected consumer claim.
Changes, questions and applicable rights
We may update these website-use terms when our service or legal obligations change. Updates apply from publication to future use, subject to any notice or agreement required by law. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to remove protections from an existing transaction.
If you have a question about these terms, contact service@hygivaro.com and describe the page or issue involved. We will consider the circumstances and applicable law. No provision requires you to give up mandatory protections or to bring a complaint only in a country where doing so would unlawfully restrict your rights.
Who operates this website
The hygivaro brand is operated by Wuhan Jixin Consulting Co., Ltd.. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company, and “you” refers to the person using the website. Our business owner is Cheng Jinxue. Company and customer support details appear at the end of this page.
These terms apply when you browse product information, read guidance, communicate through our customer service channels or otherwise use the website. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website. Any purchase is also subject to the transaction terms disclosed before you place the order.
Practical website guidance
10 topicsReading a product page as a whole
A product name is a starting point, not the complete description. Read the accompanying quantity, size, intended use and any material or ingredient information before deciding. An image may show how an item is arranged or used, but the written description identifies what is included in the purchase. A pictured container, prop or accessory is included only if the item information says so.
If two parts of a page appear inconsistent, ask us to clarify the relevant detail before ordering. Quote the product name and the wording concerned. We will consider the actual representation made to you; a general website disclaimer does not excuse a materially misleading description.
Personal records and saved copies
You may keep a personal copy of the product information and terms relevant to your purchase. A saved order email, receipt or screenshot can help explain a later question about the advertised quantity, feature or delivery option. Keep those records somewhere private, particularly where they reveal a purchase you would prefer not to share.
A saved page can become outdated for a new purchase. Check the current product details each time you place another order, especially where size, materials or packaging may have changed. Historical records remain useful for the order they relate to and will not be dismissed merely because the live page has since been revised.
Accounts and shared devices
If account access is available, use accurate contact details and a password you do not reuse on unrelated services. Sign out after using a public or shared device. Other people with access to an unlocked device or shared inbox may be able to see order messages, saved addresses or purchase history, even when the store itself has not published that information.
Tell us if you believe an account has been accessed without your permission. We may need proportionate checks before changing account details or releasing records. You are not automatically responsible for every unauthorised action simply because it involved your account; responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law.
Respectful questions and personal boundaries
Questions about personal hygiene can be sensitive. You can describe an item by its product name, packaging or order reference without providing an intimate photograph. Keep your description factual and share only information needed for the question. We can discuss documented product features and order handling without asking you to disclose unrelated aspects of your private life.
The same respect applies to messages about other people. Do not disclose another person’s health information, private contact details or images without a lawful reason and appropriate permission. Where an enquiry concerns someone else’s order, we may ask for authority before discussing information that belongs to that customer.
Product comparisons and general guidance
A comparison should be read in the context of the specific products and features named. Similar appearance, colour or branding does not mean that two items are interchangeable. Instructions for a reusable item, for example, must not be applied to a different item that is described as single use. Use the directions supplied for the item you actually receive.
General care information is not a promise about a result, a medical condition or a particular user. If you need a feature that is essential to your purchase, ask about that feature directly. We will distinguish available product information from a question that needs advice from a suitably qualified professional.
Reviews and balanced experiences
Where customer reviews are available, a review describes an individual experience rather than a guarantee of your own result. Preferences about texture, fit or convenience can differ. Consider the product description and directions alongside reviews, and avoid relying on an unsupported medical statement made by another visitor.
If you submit a review, describe your own experience accurately and disclose a relevant incentive or relationship where required. You may criticise an item or explain a problem. Moderation is intended to address unlawful material, abuse, spam and inappropriate personal information, not to remove a lawful complaint solely because it is unfavourable.
Images and attachments you send
A helpful product photograph usually shows the packaging, a visible defect, an item label or a missing component. Avoid including faces, private documents, unrelated people or unnecessary parts of your home. Check that you have permission to share an image if someone else created it or appears in it.
Sending a file for customer support allows us to use it to understand, investigate and document that enquiry, subject to applicable privacy requirements. It does not automatically give us permission to publish the image in advertising. If a separate public use is proposed, the relevant rights and permissions need to be addressed for that use.
Availability, accessibility and alternative contact
A temporary display problem does not mean you need to repeatedly submit an order or payment. If a page is unreadable, stop before entering sensitive information and contact us with the page name and a description of the issue. You can ask for an explanation of the relevant product or policy wording in a support reply.
A different browser, display setting or assistive technology can present information differently. We welcome specific reports about text that is difficult to access. Do not include passwords or payment codes in a technical report. The availability of a support alternative does not reduce any accessibility obligation that applies to the service.
Reporting suspicious activity
If a message appears to misuse the hygivaro name, compare the sender and request with the order you actually placed. Unexpected demands for account credentials, payment verification codes or additional transfers should be checked independently. Do not follow instructions to disable device security or provide remote device access for a routine refund.
You can report a suspicious message to our published support address with a brief explanation and a redacted copy if helpful. We may use the information to investigate impersonation or misuse. Do not send a malicious attachment onward if you believe opening or forwarding it would put another person’s device at risk.
When several terms are relevant
Different information pages address different parts of the experience. The Terms of Use cover website conduct and content; the Terms and Conditions govern purchases; and the delivery, return and privacy notices explain those particular topics. Read the provisions relevant to the issue together rather than assuming a short summary replaces the complete applicable rule.
If wording appears inconsistent, contact us with the passages involved. Any binding individual agreement and mandatory law take priority where required. We will not use an inconsistency between our own pages to remove a consumer protection that applies to your order or to retrospectively impose a charge you did not agree to.
